Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Cou Cou essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be returned with all original tags and liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
